Vivienne R. (Lie) Schiffer counsels clients in mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions of businesses; private equity financing; the formation and organization of business entities; corporate governance; and private and public securities offerings. In addition, Ms. Schiffer provides general legal advice for the power generation and engineering services industries, and compliance advice for the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
