Practice Description
Matthew P. Harper focuses his practice on intellectual property, complex commercial litigation, trade secret litigation, technology, and business counseling, primarily in the area of computer hardware, software, telecommunications, and the Internet. Mr. Harper has litigated cases in the federal courts throughout the country and at the International Trade Commission. He also counsels clients regarding portfolio analysis, litigation and licensing strategy, and copyright clearance.
