Practice Description
Andrea Hyatt focuses her practice on the representation of management in state and federal labor and employment-related litigation including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour charges. She also counsels and advises employers on all aspects of the employment relationship.
From 2000 to 2002, she gained extensive experience in public employment law while serving as an Assistant City Attorney at the Dallas City Attorney's Office. In that role, she had an undefeated record in representing the city in administrative hearings and before state and federal courts.
After working for the City of Dallas, she returned to Thompson & Knight's Dallas office, where she continues to advise both private and public employers in responding to employment-law matters.
